The Cyrenians is a Scottish homeless charity, and with the support of people like you and me, seek to tackle homelessness. With your food donations you will be enabling the charity’s Community Food Members to prepare delicious and nutritious meals and food parcels – reaching those most in need.

Our sausages, sausagemeats, burgers and air-dried meats are unique because they are completely free from all additives (NONE of the following; Nitrites, Nitrates, Sulphites, Soya, Wheat, Sugar, Dextrose, Nuts, Eggs, Milk, Emulsifiers, mTG Protein Glue….)

All our bacon, gammon and cooked ham are sugar and nitrate-free, and we use the lowest possible nitrite content as part of our dry-cure mix (less than 10 ppm as opposed to 250ppm used by mass producers of ham for supermarkets). Read more at the bottom of the page here

Made with our organic & Pasture-raised beef, organic & pasture-fed mutton and high-welfare, free-range pork.

All made by-hand in our on-farm butchery and charcuterie facility using our own recipes.
