Chorizo Sausagemeat from Free-range pigs (Gluten-free)

Our organic chorizo sausagemeat is fantastic for making meatballs. Roll into golf-ball sized and shape, quickly seal in a frying pan with butter and add a tomato passata and that’s it!

Ingredients: Free-range Pork (94.5%), Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Sea salt, Chilli, Garlic, White Pepper, Cumin.

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
