Our organic chorizo sausagemeat is fantastic for making meatballs. Roll into golf-ball sized and shape, quickly seal in a frying pan with butter and add a tomato passata and that’s it!

 

Ingredients: Free-range pork (94.4%), paprika, smoked paprika, sea salt, garlic, chilli, white pepper, cumin.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever) 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
