Our Pork Mini Sausages or Cocktail Sausages are made simply with local, high welfare free range pork. They are ideal for children.  You can select to have plain (salt and pepper only), or with the classic addition of sage and nutmeg by selecting your choice in the drop down.

Ingredients:

Plain Pork-Free-range pork (98.7%), Sea Salt, White Pepper. In a Natural Pork Casing.

Pork & Sage– Free-range Pork (98.1%), Sea-salt, White Pepper, Sage, Mace/Nutmeg. In a Natural Pork Casing.

Our sausages, burgers and sausagemeats are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest ingredients!
We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
