Peelham’s organic beef droewors are prepared here on the farm, using our organic, Pasture-for-Life Aberdeen Angus beef and a flavourful mix of spices. After a week in the drying room, we then smoke them over oak shavings. The result? Spicy, meaty droewors, the best companion for beers and lagers!
