Organic Smoked Beef & Chilli Droewors

Peelham’s organic beef droewors are prepared here on the farm, using our organic, pasture-for-life Aberdeen Angus beef and a flavourful mix of spices. After a week in the drying room, we then smoke them using oak shavings. The result? Spicy, meaty droewors, the best companion for beers and lagers!

Ingredients: organic beef (91%), sea salt, apple cider vinegar, white pepper, black pepper, chilli, cayenne, garlic.

FREE of gluten, lactose, sugar, nitrites, nitrates, sulphites and all other artificial preservatives

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. It does not require refrigeration, so will go well as a protein source, or tasty mid-day snack on long hikes or bike rides.
