Peelham’s organic beef burgers are made with organic mince from the farm’s herd of Pasture-for-Life Aberdeen Angus cattle, salt and pepper – and that’s it ! Plain and Simple. Our butchers select a balance of fat and lean from beef trim and beef flank giving a 10-15% fat content giving them both texture and flavour.
Ingredients: Organic & Pasture-for-Life Beef (99%), Sea-salt*, White Pepper. *Non-organic.
