Our delicious organic Boerewors are made from our Pasture-raised beef. We add a little extra beef fat to make them particularly good on a BBQ (or a Braaivleis !). We make them in a traditional continuous sausage-link (all 300g !)

Ingredients: Organic & Pasture-raised Beef (94.5%), Cider Vinegar, Sea-salt*, White Pepper, Coriander, Pasley, Garlic, Clove, Nutmeg, Pimento. In a Natural Sheep Casing. *Non-organic

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest ingredients and no additives! We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
DID YOU KNOW? Our beef is certified as Organic and is Pasture-raised. Organic and Pasture-raised beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
