Berwickshire Pork Sausages (Cumberland style) from Free-range pigs (Gluten-free)

Our chunky Berwickshire sausages are similar to the traditional Cumberland sausage with a hint of nutmeg and sage. Delicious in a hearty bean cassoulet! We make our sausages at our onsite butchery.

Ingredients: Free-range Pork (98.1%), Sea-salt, White Pepper, Sage, Mace/Nutmeg. In a Natural Pork Casing.

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
