We use a Persian recipe to make our organic Merguez sausages, giving them the traditional flavour many know and love. Spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander, help to give these sausages an irresistible taste that goes well with any side-dish. We recommend preparing your organic Merguez sausages with hummus, or couscous, yoghurt, mint and cucumber.

Ingredients: Organic & Pasture-fed mutton (95%), Paprika, Sea Salt*, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Corriander, Ginger, Mint, Garlic.  In a Natural Sheep Casing. *Non-organic

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest ingredients.

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
