Our traditional, gluten free sausagemeat is simple, versatile and full of flavour with subtle hints of sage and nutmeg making it a perfect accompaniment for your roast chicken and of course your Christmas Turkey or Goose !

Ingredients: Free range pork (98.6%),  Sea Salt, Sage, White Pepper.

Free-from:  The 14 regulated allergens (Celery, Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites, Tree nuts).  Sugar, Nitrates, Nitrites and Preservatives

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
