Organic, Pasture-Raised Beef Droewors with Coriander Seed (Gluten-free)

Peelham’s beef droewors are prepared on the farm with our organic & pasture-raised beef and air-dried with salt only (Nitrite and Nitrate Free and all other artificial preservatives)

We flavour it with a range of spices (predominantly with roasted coriander) and apple cider vinegar. A particularly good complement for beers and lagers!

Ingredients: Organic Beef (94%), Apple Cider, Sea Salt*, Coriander, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Pimento (All Spice), Clove. *Non-organic

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. It does not require refrigeration. Please note that with age a bloom may appear and in damp conditions this can develop into a harmless mould.  Simply wipe off with vinegar.

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices.
