Organic Beef Droewors with Coriander

Peelham’s organic beef droewors are prepared here on the farm, air dried with salt only (FREE of gluten, lactose, sugar, nitrites, nitrates, sulphites and all other artificial preservatives);  And also of course our pasture-for-life, grain-free Aberdeen Angus beef.

We flavour it with a range of spices (predominantly with roasted coriander), and apple cider vinegar which are a particularly good complement for beers and lagers !

It does not require refrigeration so will go well as a protein source, or tasty mid-day snack on long hikes or bike rides.
