MARKET COLLECTIONS INFORMATION
Please make sure to place your order by Sunday midnight for collecting your order the following weekend (either the Saturday or the Sunday depending on the day of the market chosen).
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Standard Delivery is £10.00 (incl. VAT), other than local free deliveries to TD11 – TD15.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship our orders on a Thursday, scheduled to be delivered to you on Friday.
***Local deliveries are also done on a Friday. We deliver for FREE for the following post codes: TD11 – TD15.
WHAT IF I’M NOT IN FOR DELIVERY?
If you are not in when our delivery is made, the courier will leave it in the safest obvious location for you. If you have any special instructions please let us know in the comments box at the check-out, when you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: With the exception of hot weather (above 18dC), our insulated chilled packaging maintains cool temperatures (ie below 8dC) for our orders to allow for late deliveries up to Saturday lunchtimes.
PACKAGING
All our products are shipped in chilled containers to arrive with you chilled as fresh.
Once the order leaves us, it travels overnight to be with you within 24hrs. The wool cool insulated boxes with frozen ice packs maintain product freshness during transit. The wool liners are biodegradable.
IT’S ALL ABOUT LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION…
The areas covered by the postcodes below can be subject to delays, with your shipment being left in a warehouse over a weekend.
To eradicate this risk we ship to the postcodes below on a Monday (instead of a Thursday), for delivery on the Wednesday. This means your products will arrive a week later than other postcodes.
So, if you are getting a delivery to any of the following postcodes please allow for this delay in your ordering.
