This free range pork itallienne sausagemeat is sensational (and gluten free).  You can see and taste the seeds of fennel, caraway and aniseed  to astonish your palate all brought together into our high quality free range pork with a flush of paprika.  Our itallienne sausagemeat makes a fantastic pasta sauce or meatballs.

Ingredients:  Free-range pork (97%), Sea Salt, Paprika, Fennel Seeds, Aniseed, Caraway Seeds, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, White Pepper.

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
