Our gluten-free beef sausages are traditionally made with a hint of allspice, pepper, salt and our quality organic pasture-for-life certified beef (and nothing else !). They are free of artificial colourings and additives, and loaded with natural flavour. They come in a natural lamb sausage casing.

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!
We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
