Our gluten-free beef sausages are traditionally made with a hint of allspice, pepper, salt and our quality organic  certified, pasture-raised beef (and nothing else!). They are free of artificial colourings and additives, and loaded with natural flavour. They come in a natural lamb sausage casing.

Ingredients: Organic & Pasture-raised Beef (98.4%), Sea-salt*, White Pepper, Allspice. In a Natural Sheep Casing. *Non-organic

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices and with natural casings.  Additive-free   DID YOU KNOW? Our beef is certified as Organic and is Pasture-raised.  Organic and Pasture-raised beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
