Our gluten-free beef sausages are traditionally made with a hint of allspice, pepper, salt and our quality organic certified, pasture-raised beef (and nothing else!). They are free of artificial colourings and additives, and loaded with natural flavour. They come in a natural lamb sausage casing.

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices and with natural casings. Additive-free DID YOU KNOW? Organic and Pasture-raised beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
