We make this classic, traditional Scottish ‘square’ sausage with our organic & pasture-raised beef, certified gluten-free oatmeal and our own mix of spices, including a touch of coriander. Enjoy it for your breakfast, with crispy bacon, sunny-side-up eggs and hot-buttered toast!

Ingredients: Organic & Pasture-raised Beef (92.2%), Certified Gluten-free Oatmeal, Sea Salt*, Nutmeg, White Pepper, Coriander, Water*. * Non-organic

Free-from:  The 14 regulated allergens (Celery, Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites, Tree nuts).  Sugar, Nitrates, Nitrites and Preservatives

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.

DID YOU KNOW?  Our beef is certified as Organic and is Pasture-raised. Organic and Pasture-raised beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.  The research paper can be found here.*  “Whilst differences between non-organic and organic systems are not new, this is the first record of the extra benefit if cattle are fed 100% -forage diets throughout their life. Their meat ought to be recognised as a ‘source of long chain n-3′, especially relevant for societies with limited fish consumption.”  *Our beef was used in the trials  Feed additive-free and Bovaer-free beef. Organic  standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.
