Based on a simple recipe given to us by a Sicilian chef, our Pork and Rosemary Sausages have a nicely balanced quantity of this herb to give a delicate flavour which complements the pork.

Ingredients: Pork from Free-range Pigs (98.4%), Sea-salt, Rosemary, White Pepper. In a Natural Pork Casing

Free-from the 14 regulated allergens (Celery, Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites, Tree nuts).  Sugar, Nitrates, Nitrites and Preservatives.

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown.

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest ingredients! We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
