A simple no-fuss sausage! We make our plain pork sausages in our on-farm butchery adding a touch of salt and pepper before filling in a natural sausage casing. No rusk or fillers!

Ingredients: 

Free-range pork (98.8%), sea salt, white pepper. 

Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever) 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.   

Pack size: 300g (3-4 chunky sausages)
