Organic, Pasture-for-Life Beef Burgers (Gluten-free)

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using our organic and pasture-for-life beef.

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse. 

They are FREE-FROM: Gluten, Sugar, Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Sulphites, Nitrates and Nitrites 

Feed additive-free, Bovaer-free beef. Organic and Pasture-for-Life standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.

Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life. Organic and Pasture-for-Life beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
