Our Organic Lean Beef Mince is from our Pasture-for-Life (ie only ever grass fed and grazed), Aberdeen Angus herd and has 5% maximum fat based on a visual assessment ie 95%VL.

It comes to you in a pack weights of 250g and 500g.
