Our Organic Lean Beef Mince is from our Organic Pasture-for-Life certified Aberdeen Angus herd. It has 5% maximum fat based on a visual assessment ie 95%VL.

Organic and Pasture-raised beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
