Our organic mutton loin tastes great with a mint & organic shoyu marinade. It’s perfect as a tasty alternative for your BBQ, or for frying. It’s made from our very best high welfare Scottish mutton and is prepared here on Peelham farm by our in-house butchers.Â

From our free-grazing, completely grass-fed flock of organic mutton ewes (mostly the welsh breed Lleyn), comes this delicious, lean and unusual cut of meat. Skillfully prepared in our on-farm butchery by our craft butchers by removing the loin strip from the rib it can be cut and fried and medallions or as a steak. Mutton is a rich source of Omega 3 ! 1 canon or loin per pack of 175g
