Peelham’s organic beef braising steak has a depth of colour and flavour which come from year-round natural grass-rearing. The level of fine marbelling of fat also make it a good frying steak making it a versatile and inexpensive cut. Good for frying and for stewing or braising.

Feed additive-free and Bovaer-free beef. Organic and Pasture-for-Life standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.
