Smoked Nduja – Spreadable Salami From Free-range Pigs (Gluten-free)

Our Nduja mildly smoked, not too ‘hot’, soft and creamy for spreading with a squeeze of lemon, giving a lift to Risotto, Pasta, Paella, simply adding to an omelette or a cheese toastie! Handmade here at Peelham using a recipe with a Peelham ‘twist’.

Ingredients: Pork Fat* (45.7%), Pork from Free-range Pigs* (44%), Cayenne, Paprika, Curing Salt (Sea Salt, E250 Sodium Nitrite**)*, Smoked Paprika. *Non-organic

Free-from:  The 14 regulated allergens (Celery, Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites, Tree nuts).  Nitrates, starter cultures, flavour enhancers, cure accelerators, pre-mixes and sugar.

Pack size: Buy as a whole 250g (approx.) salami or as a 100g chunk.
