Generously spiced (not too hot!) our chorizo makes the most delicious stews and soups – so much so that we have prepared a pack for just that purpose.

Ingredients: Free-range Pork* (71%), Free-range Pork fat* (20%), Paprika, Curing Salt (Sea Salt, E250 Sodium Nitrite**)*, Red Wine (contains Sulphites), Smoked Paprika, Chilli, Garlic, White Pepper, Cumin. *Non-organic

Pack size: 300g pack (also available as a whole salami (150g approx.) )

Free From: Celery, Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), Mustard, Nitrates, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sugar, Tree nuts. Starter Cultures, Flavour Enhancers, Cure Accelerators and Pre-mixes.

Air-dried cured chorizo sausage handmade in our on-site butchery. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices. We use our own bespoke sea-salt based, low-nitrite cure.
