Our pork fillet is prepared by our butchers in our farm-butchery. It’s a great addition to a home-made stir fry, Wellington or simply sliced into medallions and fried in butter with a little sage!

Please note that for orders commencing week 6th January the pork will have been pre-frozen due to bank holiday closures of abbatoirs. The product will have the minimum 7 days shelf life on delivery to you and it will not affect either the safety or quality of the meat but they are not for-re-freezing.
