Pork fat from 24/7 ree-ranging, high-welfare pigs.  Ideal for making your own lard or adding to lean meat.  Pork fat from 24/7 out door pigs with the sun on their backs is reputedly exceptionally high in Vitamin ‘D’ (the ‘sunshine’ vitamin).
