Braise slowly in the oven (4 hours at 180degC), serve hot with a caper sauce or leave overnight under a weight to cool and slice to have in sandwiches or to fry later !
Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.

Feed additive-free, Bovaer-free beef. Organic standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.
