Our Beef stir-fry strips from the topside of our Organic, Pasture-for-Life (never fed grain from birth), Aberdeen Angus cattle. Carefully prepared in our on-farm butchery by our craft-butchers they make a lean, nutritious and quick addition stir-fried to have with noodles, pasta, rice or even a quick wholesome ‘beef butty’!

Feed additive-free, Bovaer-free beef. Organic and Pasture-for-Life standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.

Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life. Organic and Pasture-for-Life beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
