Organic Merguez Sausagemeat (Gluten-free)

As with our Merguez sausages we use the same original north African recipe to make our organic Merguez sausagemeat, giving it the traditional flavour many know and love. Spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander, help to give an irresistible taste that goes well with any side-dish. The sausagemeat lends itself beautifully to meat balls – try them in coconut milk !

Ingredients: pasture-fed mutton (97%), sea salt, white pepper, garlic, Herbs & Spices.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)

Our sausages, sausage meats and burgers are freshly made to order each week. We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.  They are FREE-FROM: Gluten, Sugar, Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Sulphites, Nitrates and Nitrites
