Beef olives from our pasture-for-life Aberdeen Angus cattle, are perfect for braising (lightly stewing), as a warming winter meal or just nourishing ‘comfort-food’. We use thinly sliced beef escalopes and a flavourful gluten-free beef sausagemeat to make our beef olives.

Ingredients for sausagemeat filling: organic beef (94.5%), *sea salt, garlic, herbs & spices. *Non-organic.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.

Feed additive-free and Bovaer-free beef. Organic and Pasture-for-Life standards prohibit the use of Bovaer. DID YOU KNOW? Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life.
