We make this classic, traditional Scottish ‘square’ sausage with our organic & pasture-for-life beef, certified gluten-free oatmeal and our own mix of spices, including a touch of coriander. Enjoy it for your breakfast, with crispy bacon, sunny-side-up eggs and hot-buttered toast!

 

Ingredients: organic & pasture-for-life beef (92.2%), certified gluten-free oatmeal, sea salt, herbs & spices.Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever) 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.   

Pack size: 300g (can be sliced again into two, if you fancy sharing it!)
