Organic beef fat from trimmings comes from our pasture-for-life grain-free Aberdeen Angus cattle. For those who prefer to have more beef fat in their diets this fat comes from the beef muscle trimmings when we prepare our standard beef cuts. It will occasionally include meat traces.
