Our organic cured beef bresaola is air-dried naturally here at Peelham farm. We make our bresaola from our Pasture-for-Life certified Aberdeen Angus beef. We sell our bresaola in 50g packs, each containing 6-8 slices.

Organic beef bresaola is a great addition to home-made pizza alongside rocket and parmesan and there are a number of great, unique recipes for our bresaola.

Feed additive-free and Bovaer-free beef. Organic and Pasture-for-Life standards prohibit the use of Bovaer.

Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life. Organic and Pasture-for-Life beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
