This uncommon steak (because there isn’t alot of it on a beef carcasse), is a huge favourite with French cuisine because of its deep beefy flavour (more so with our grassy beef), and its lean open muscle texture. It is a classic French ‘Bistro Grub’ served up as ‘Steak Frites”

Shelf-life & Storage:  Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Occasionally pre-frozen which would be identified on the label.
