Toulouse Pork Sausages from Free-range Pigs (Gluten-free)

We pride ourself in producing the highest-quality meats possible, and our  Toulouse sausages are no exception. Toulouse sausages are perfectly seasoned with herbs, spices (including Star Anise) and garlic to give them a rich flavour that goes with any dish.

Ingredients: Free-range pork (98.4%), sea salt, garlic, herbs & spices.

Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever) 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. 

Pack size: 300g (3-4 chunky sausages)

Please note that for orders commencing week 6th January the pork will have been pre-frozen due to bank holiday closures of abbatoirs.   The product will have the minimum 7 days shelf life on delivery to you and it will not affect either the safety or quality of the meat but they are not for-re-freezing.
