Our chunky Berwickshire sausages are similar to the traditional Cumberland sausage with a hint of nutmeg and sage. Delicious in a hearty bean cassoulet! We make our sausages at our onsite butchery.

 

Ingredients: Free-range Pork (98%), Sea-salt, Herbs & Spices.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
