Traditional essentials to Christmas fayre called ‘kilties’ up here in the north, ‘pigs-in-blankets’ are our gluten free pork & sage (with a hint of Christmas), chipolatas wrapped in our dry cured streaky bacon. There is something just scrummy ‘umami’ about that lightly roasted streaky fat oozing into those wee sausages !

 

Ingredients:

Sausage: free range pork (98.8%), sea salt, herbs & spices.

Bacon: free-range pork, sea salt,  Sodium Nitrite (E250).

***Our dry-cure is Sugar-free and  includes Sea-salt  and the minimum amount Sodium nitrite (E250), 50ppm as opposed to 250ppm used by mass producers of ham and bacon. 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
