Free-range Pork Kilties or Pigs-in-Blankets (Gluten-free)


Traditional essentials to Christmas fayre called ‘kilties’ up here in the north, ‘pigs-in-blankets’ are our gluten free pork & sage (with a hint of Christmas), chipolatas wrapped in our dry cured streaky bacon. There is something just scrummy ‘umami’ about that lightly roasted streaky fat oozing into those wee sausages !



Sausage: free range pork (98.8%), sea salt, herbs & spices.

Bacon: free-range pork, sea salt, organic cane sugar, Sodium Nitrite (E250).

***Our dry cure mix includes sea salt, organic cane sugar and the lowest possible amount of Sodium Nitrite (E250). 50ppm as opposed to 250ppm used by mass producers of ham and bacon. 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
