Based on a simple recipe given to us by a Sicilian chef, Our Pork and Rosemary Sausages have a nicely balanced quantity of  this herb to give a delicate flavour which complements the pork

Ingredients: Pork from Free-range Pigs (98%), Sea-salt, Rosemary & White Pepper.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.   

Pack size: 300g (3-4 chunky sausages)
