Organic Mutton Merguez Sausagemeat (Gluten-free)

As with our Mutton Merguez sausages we use the same Persian recipe to make our organic Mutton Merguez sausagemeat, giving it the traditional flavour many know and love. Spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander, help to give an irresistible taste that goes well with any side-dish. The sausagemeat lends itself beautifully to meat balls – try them in coconut milk!

Ingredients: Pasture-fed mutton (95%), Paprika, Sea Salt*, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Corriander, Ginger, Mint, Garlic. *Non-organic
