MARKET COLLECTIONS INFORMATION
Please make sure to place your order by Sunday midnight for collecting your order the following weekend (either the Saturday or the Sunday depending on the day of the market chosen). There is no delivery cost for market collections.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Local deliveries to TD11 – TD15 (inclusive) subject to minimum order value of £35 are free.
Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland), With the exception of the Scottish Surcharge Areas (see ‘Location, Location, Location’ section below), are charged as follows;
(Please note these prices are for orders upto 20kgs. Above this weight we would need to add the courier company’s weight surcharge current at the time) :
Off-shore locations are charged a flat-rate for your postcode.
London ULEZ locations; The calculated carriage charge takes into account the ‘Ulez’ levy.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship our orders for Mainland deliveries on a Thursday, scheduled to be delivered to you on Friday, with the exception of Scottish Surcharge locations (see below).
***Local deliveries are also done on a Friday. We deliver for FREE for the following post codes: TD11 – TD15.
WHAT IF I’M NOT IN FOR DELIVERY?
If you are not in when our delivery is made, the courier will leave it in the safest obvious location for you. If you have any special instructions please let us know in the comments box at the check-out, when you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: With the exception of hot weather (above 20dC), our insulated chilled packaging maintains cool temperatures (ie below 8dC) for our orders to allow for late deliveries up to Saturday lunchtimes.
PACKAGING
All our products are shipped in chilled in insulated boxes with ice-packs to arrive with you chilled as fresh.
Once the order leaves us (at 2-3dC), it travels overnight to be with you within 24hrs. The Woolcool insulated boxes with frozen ice packs maintain product freshness during transit. The boxes and wool liners are biodegradable.
IT’S ALL ABOUT LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION…
The areas covered by the postcodes below are all in the Scottish Surcharge Area.
Carriage is charged at the flat rate of £15.75 for all order values.
Deliveries can be subject to delays, which can carry-over to the weekends.
To eliminate this risk we ship to the ‘Surcharge Areas’ (postcodes listed below) on Mondays (instead of the previous Thursday), for delivery on the Wednesday. This means your products will arrive upto ten days following the order cut-off of Sunday midnight.
So, if you are getting a delivery to any of the following postcodes please allow for this delay in your ordering.
