From our Pasture-for-Life Aberdeen Angus beef, our Organic Spiced Beef is dry-salted by-hand with added spices including  Coriander, Allspice and Cinnamon.  Serve it steaming hot with a light creamy buttery Bechamel sauce !

To prepare your Peelham Organic Spiced Beef:  Submerge in cold water and bring slowly to a simmering boil for 3 hours from start to finish. No need to add any seasonings but the stock is FANTASTIC added to soup or stock.
