Our Beef Merguez rich in the spices from North-west Africa is part of the traditional Maghrebi cuisine (as are our Mutton Merguez). It provides an alternative option for those who prefer beef.  The combination of fried Merguez with cous-cous and roasted vegetables never fails to please.

Ingredients: Organic pasture-for-life Beef (95%), Paprika, Sea Salt*, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Mint. *Non-organic

We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices.
DID YOU KNOW? Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life. Organic and Pasture-for-Life beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
