Our Beef Merguez rich in the spices from North-west Africa is part of the traditional Maghrebi cuisine (as are our Mutton Merguez).  It provides an alternative option for those who prefer beef.  The combination of fried Merguez with cous-cous and roasted vegetables never fails to please.

Ingredients: Organic pasture-for-life Beef (95%), Paprika, Sea Salt*, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Mint. In Natural Sheep Casings. *Non-organic

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest ingredients!
We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic herbs and spices. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.

Our beef is certified as Organic and Pasture-for-Life. Organic and Pasture-for-Life beef has been proven to be an important source of Omega 3 and more nutrient dense in comparison to “conventionally” fed Beef which is part-grain/cereal and part-grass fed.
