Organic Lamb/Mutton Sausages with Mint and Rosemary (Gluten free)

Our organic lamb or mutton (depending on seasonality) and mint sausages are handmade by our craft team of butchers at Peelham. Carefully flavoured with organic mint and rosemary and a touch of garlic to make a delicious and convenient meal!

Ingredients: pasture-fed lamb or mutton (97%), sea salt, white pepper, garlic, Herbs & Spices.
Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)

Weight: 300g ( 5-6 sausages)

***Depending on the season, we will use mutton instead of lamb, which will add to the depth of flavour.
