Organic Coppa

Our organic air-dried Coppa is the most richly flavoured of our air-dried charcuterie products.  Each pack contains 6-8 slices totalling 50gms.

Our organic coppa comes from the seam cut muscle in the shoulder of pork, and contains intra-muscular fat, giving it its flavour. Our coppa comes from our free-range, outdoor, high welfare pigs and is air-dried naturally here in Peelham farm’s 200 year old stone byre with its thick stone and limestone mortar walls.
